What to Expect
Free Consultation
Schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your goals, ask questions, and see if our program is right for you. If you decide to proceed a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required prior to ordering your blood work and scheduling your initial evaluation.
Patient Forms
You will receive an invitation to our patient portal so you can fill out new patient forms and consents online.
Blood work
Initial labs will be ordered to obtain your baseline hormone levels. You will receive an order form to take to a local LabCorp and have your blood drawn. The results will be reviewed with you during your initial visit.
Provider Visit
See our nurse practitioner via tele-medicine from the comfort of your own home. During your initial evaluation we will review your laboratory results with you, discuss an appropriate testosterone dosing protocol, and answer any questions you may have.
*If you prefer in-person visits, we are pleased to accommodate house calls for an added fee.
